The seminar is held twice a year:

1) Autumn session: during the second week of November
at 18:00–20:00 (CET), 12:00–14:00 (EST), 9:00–11:00 (PST), 22:30–00:30 (IST), and 4:00–6:00 (AEST +1 day)
2) Spring session: during the last week of April
at 9:00–11:00 (CEST), 3:00–5:00 (EDT), 00:00–2:00 (PDT), 12:30–14:30 (IST), and 17:00–19:00 (AEST)

Each session consists of two 45-minute talks, separated by an online coffee break.
